The Scenic Route handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund you for your order if you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order. Simply contact us at thescenicroutecreative@gmail.com with any problems.
Please be sure to choose your items carefully as unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange an item if you do not like it. We do our very best to ensure that the product pages have detailed descriptions of our products so our customers have the best possible understanding about what they shall be receiving.
To initiate a refund for a faulty item, please complete the following steps:
Please email us at thescenicroutecreative@gmail.com with photos clearly showing details of the faulty item, and include in the email the order number, what you are returning and the reason for the return.
Processing a Refund
We will process a refund for returns within five business days after we receive the item.
Returning Purchases From Another Store
If a The Scenic Route product is purchased from another store or online retailer, and not directly from thescenicroutestyle.com, please return the item to the original place of purchase. Any refund will be at the discretion of the business in question.
What if I want to exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item for an equivalent item, say in a different colour, then please return within 30 days from the day you receive the item. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for any exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend that you use a registered post service so that you receive a tracking number.
What about Taxes & Duties for overseas orders?
Any import duties, customs or taxes levied by the country your order is shipped to is required to be paid by the customer. For details on any charges that may be applicable please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, The Scenic Route is not liable for these charges and cannot reimburse or refund you.
